Terms of Service

Vitreo sells physical glass and shatterproof Tritan homeware — drinkware, vases, storage, ambiance, greenery and desk sets. We do not provide glazing, glass installation, glass fitting, window or facade services, and we do not supply laboratory, scientific or medical glassware.

• Real glass is fragile and, if broken, edges can be sharp. Handle with care and follow the care card supplied with each set.
• Only sets marked heat-safe (borosilicate) may hold hot liquids. Sudden temperature changes can cause any glass to crack or shatter.
• Not every product is dishwasher, microwave or oven safe — always follow the per-set specification shown on its product page.
• Real glass products must be kept away from young children. For children and outdoor use, choose our shatterproof Tritan sets.
• Our products are homeware and are not intended for laboratory, scientific or medical use.

Our Mocktail & Mixology set and all other glassware are sold as empty vessels only. We do not sell, ship, or arrange the supply of any alcohol. Our content favours alcohol-free mocktails; any adult-beverage use is for customers aged 18 or over and we encourage responsible enjoyment.

You must be 18 or older to place an order. Accounts are not permitted for children under 13; those aged 13–17 require a parent or guardian's consent to use the site. Our Tritan sets are clearly marked for family and outdoor use.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Orders are confirmed once payment is authorised through Stripe. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, a pricing error or suspected fraud) and refund any amount taken. Membership subscriptions renew until cancelled and are billed in USD.

Membership benefits are service commitments only. There are no points, no stored balance, and unused benefits do not roll over between periods. The priority breakage benefit is fulfilled as a re-ship or exchange, not as cash.

Delivery, returns and breakage claims are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Exchanges and Refund Policy.

Your use of the site is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and Content License.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability for any product is limited to the price paid for it. We are not liable for misuse contrary to the care instructions.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
