How do I claim for a broken item?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free re-ship or refund.

Which sets can hold hot drinks?

Only sets marked heat-safe (borosilicate) — the Morning Ritual Coffee Set and Daybreak Tea Ceremony Set. Each product page shows heat-safe status.

Which sets are safe around children?

Choose our shatterproof Tritan sets — Kids-Safe Tritan Tumbler Set and Picnic & Outdoor Tritan Set. Real glass should be kept away from young children.

Can I return a used cup?

For hygiene, used drinkware isn't eligible for change-of-mind returns, but faulty or broken items are always covered.

What currency are prices in?

All prices and refunds are in US dollars (USD).
