Returns & Exchanges

This page explains how to return or exchange an item. For refund methods, timing and amounts, see our Refund Policy.
1. 30-day returns window
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Atelier members enjoy an extended returns window. Once your return is received and inspected we issue a refund under our Refund Policy.
2. How to start a return
Email support@glosglass.shop with your order reference and which items you would like to return or exchange. Our care team will confirm the return address and any instructions within 1–2 business days. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
3. Packing fragile glass for return
Because glass is fragile, please return items in their original molded packaging where possible, wrapped so pieces cannot move or knock together. Returns damaged by insufficient packing may only qualify for a partial refund. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
4. Return shipping costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. Where an item was faulty, not as described or arrived damaged, we cover return shipping and refund it in full.
5. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different set, start a return for the original and place a new order for the replacement. This is the fastest way to get the item you want; we refund the returned item once it is received and inspected.
6. Breakage in transit — 14-day claim
If any item arrives broken or damaged, you do not need to post it back first. Report it within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging to support@glosglass.shop and we will arrange a free re-ship or refund. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, drinkware that has been opened and used is not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Gift cards and clearly marked final-sale items cannot be returned. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, defective or arrives broken.
