Fragile by nature, packed to arrive intact. Here is how we ship and what to expect.
1. Protective packaging on every order
Because glass is fragile, every order is packed in molded, breakage-safe packaging designed to protect each piece in transit. Tritan sets ship in the same careful packaging.
2. Where we ship and pricing
We ship worldwide to supported destinations. A flat standard shipping rate is shown at checkout and charged in US dollars (USD). Free-shipping thresholds and benefits may apply to members.
3. Processing and delivery times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time then depends on destination and carrier, usually 5–12 business days for international orders. Tracking is provided in your dispatch email.
4. Duties and taxes
Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Any such charges shown at checkout are estimated where possible; otherwise they are the responsibility of the recipient on delivery.
5. Damaged or lost deliveries
If an item arrives broken or damaged, report it within 14 days with photos to support@glosglass.shop for a free re-ship or refund — see our Refund Policy. For lost parcels, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
6. Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us quickly at support@glosglass.shop if you spot an error.
